How Do I Schedule A Delivery Appointment
Parcel Delivery
For Parcel deliveries, they will be automatically scheduled for same-day/next-day delivery between 9 am-9 pm local time.

Furniture/Big & Bulky Delivery
Once your items have been prepared, you will receive an email from GoBolt to schedule your delivery appointment based on the service level that was indicated to us by the merchant.
This will indicate all items that will be delivered. If the items do not match your order, please reach out to the merchant to correct them.
Once you are ready, select the Schedule Delivery Button at the bottom of the email and an availability calendar will be shown.
We grey out the time slots that are at maximum capacity to ensure that we can stay on track for all previously scheduled appointments in the day. All of our routes are carefully planned the day before so we can stay on time within our time windows.
Although we are not able to accommodate more appointments for greyed-out time slots, we would be happy to book you in for a different available time slot.
