Please contact the vendor that you originally made the purchase from as they must give direct approval to us to reschedule the return of your order or cancel it.
We also ask that you please have your items disassembled and as close to the door as you can get them. Our road team must keep a tight schedule to ensure they can pick up and drop off their scheduled orders for the day in the time frame that our customers have set up.
