For Parcel deliveries, they will be automatically scheduled for same-day/next-day delivery between 9 am-9 pm local time.

If your tracking indicates that the delivery has failed, the failed reason will be on the tracking events. Our GoBolt Team will attempt to remedy the issue as soon as possible and delivery will be scheduled for the next day.
If there are further issues our GoBolt Team or the merchant will reach out for the next steps.
In the unfortunate event that you are not home to accept a delivery, our drivers and the support team will make multiple attempts to contact you for 15 minutes once they arrive.
After that, if you are not available, you will have to reschedule your delivery with the original merchant.
