- Remove snow, ice, and any obstacles from the driveway and stairs (if applicable).
- Clear an area in the house for item drop off (for threshold, room of choice, and white glove deliveries only).
- Inspect packaging and items, and note any missing, damaged or incorrect items.
Apartment or Condominium
- Ensure a service elevator is booked in advance.
- Inform drivers of the loading dock location and entrance (if available).
- Clear an area in the unit for item drop off (for threshold, room of choice and white glove deliveries only).

What is the delivery method of your order?
To The Door Delivery
- Our skilled team of delivery drivers will leave the items outside of the door of your house or inside your condo or apartment lobby.
- You will receive a notification at the start of the day with a link to track your order throughout the day.
- You will also be able to verify your contact information, address and order details on the tracking page. If you would like to make any updates, please contact GoBolt Support at hello@gobolt.com or click Submit a Request.
- You will receive a notification when the drivers are 1 stop away from your address.
- Your signature will not be required upon receiving the items.
- This service does not include package removal nor assembly.
Threshold Delivery
- Our skilled team of delivery drivers will move the items into your house or unit and place them in the immediate entryway.
- You will receive a notification at the start of the day with a link to track your order throughout the day. You will be able to verify your contact information, address and order details on the tracking page. - You will receive a notification when the drivers are 1 stop away from your address.
- You will receive a courtesy call around 30 min before the drivers arrive.
- Your signature will be required upon receiving the items.

- Our skilled team of delivery drivers will move the items into your house or unit and place them in the room(s) of your choosing.

White Glove Delivery
- Our skilled team of delivery drivers will move the items into your house or unit, place them in the room(s) of your choosing, and assemble the items if required.

- You will receive a notification when the drivers are 1 stop away from your address.

In the unfortunate event that you are not home to accept a delivery, our drivers and the support team will make multiple attempts to contact you for 15 minutes once they arrive. After that, if you are not able to be contacted, you will have to reschedule your delivery with the original vendor.
