The Status Of My Delivery Is Not Moving

Once a shipment is generated by the retailer, you will receive a unique Tracking Number. Enter that number into the Tracking Page below to get the up-to-date status of your package.

At what stage is your package stuck?


Shipment Created

This tracking event indicates that the merchant has created the order in our system and has yet to be processed.

If the shipment created event has been stuck for more than 4-5 business days, please contact the merchant directly to confirm the order status.

Package Staged At The Warehouse

This tracking event indicates that the package has been prepared and is waiting to be picked up by our trucks on the day of delivery.

If your tracking has been stuck on this event for more than 5 business days, please contact the merchant.

Package Has Left The Warehouse

This tracking event indicates that the package has been loaded onto our truck and is en route to delivery.

If there are any issues during the delivery day, your tracking will update to a new event with the reason listed.

 

Package Delivered

This tracking event indicates that the package has been delivered! If you are having issues locating the delivered package, please double-check your email for a photo of the Proof of Delivery.
